She has successfully treated a range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, digestive issues, women’s health, and weight management. Her approach focuses on creating a warm and supportive environment where patients can achieve optimal health—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Her services include nutritional and lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and more.

What You May Not Know
Dr. Diane’s passion for nature and her deep desire to help others led her to pre-medical studies at McMaster University. Inspired by naturopathic principles like The Healing Power of Nature and Treating the Whole Person, she pursued her studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Over the years, she has developed a deep appreciation for traditional remedies, which are increasingly supported by modern scientific research.

Beyond naturopathic medicine, Dr. Diane finds joy in creating with natural materials. She loves spinning wool into yarn and knitting garments—just like in Sleeping Beauty! Her love for all things sheep is evident in her office, where you may spot knitting needles, sheep ornaments, or handmade items made with wool. Recently, she has expanded her creativity through weaving on her floor loom, further deepening her love for working with wool.

Harmony has been our onsite Massage Therapist since 2001. She specializes in sports injury massage, relaxation treatments, motor vehicle accidents, lymphatic drainage massage and La Stone Therapy. La Stone Therapy is an incredibly relaxing experience. Hot and cold stones are used on the body to reduce tension and inflammation in the muscles. The heated stones are also incorporated into the massage strokes. This allows for deep work to remove muscle tension as well as increased circulation to any problem areas. The best way to ensure a healthy body in the future is to take care of it today. Unlike a car, you can’t trade your body in for a newer model when it starts to break down. A massage acts like a tune up for the body – it keeps things in good working order so that injuries are less likely to occur and old injuries become less bothersome.
