Harmony has been our onsite Massage Therapist since 2001. She specializes in sports injury massage, relaxation treatments, motor vehicle accidents, lymphatic drainage massage and La Stone Therapy. La Stone Therapy is an incredibly relaxing experience. Hot and cold stones are used on the body to reduce tension and inflammation in the muscles. The heated stones are also incorporated into the massage strokes. This allows for deep work to remove muscle tension as well as increased circulation to any problem areas. The best way to ensure a healthy body in the future is to take care of it today. Unlike a car, you can’t trade your body in for a newer model when it starts to break down. A massage acts like a tune up for the body – it keeps things in good working order so that injuries are less likely to occur and old injuries become less bothersome.

From the moment I stepped into my first treatment room, I knew I wanted to spend my career helping people move, feel, and live better. For me, chiropractic care isn’t just about adjusting spines—it’s about supporting whole families through every season of life and guiding them toward long-term wellness.

I’ve been practicing as a chiropractor for over 15 years, caring for everyone from infants to older adults with the same goal: restore balance, improve function, and help each person feel at home in their body.

Alongside chiropractic work, I’m also a certified nutritional Life coach through INN, with a passion for reducing inflammation, supporting autoimmune conditions, improving gut health, and helping patients achieve meaningful, sustainable weight loss. I love empowering people with the knowledge and habits that genuinely change their lives. I am also a member of the ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) with a special certification (Webster) that works to help create a better environment for pregnant women along their journey to delivering their child

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me staying active—weight lifting, running, playing tennis—or enjoying quieter moments through meditation and reading.

At the end of the day, nothing matters more to me than seeing people thrive—moving with ease, living with energy, and feeling truly connected to their bodies.

I’m committed to giving every patient the tools, care, and support they need to take control of their health and create lasting change from the inside out.
